When the quarter is over the banner and link will be moved to the second spot and so on throughout the year. This gives each winner a years worth of advertising on this page! To win one of these spots you must be a pro member and surf the most sites during the quarter. These will be physical quarters (ex: Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, etc).
